On Tuesday, November 25th, I took the opportunity to once again take my wines abroad: this time to Copenhagen, Denmark, for the "Sip and Taste of Italy," a Food & Wine event organized by Promos Italia for industry professionals, with approximately 25 Italian wine & food companies in attendance.
It was a wonderful experience, during which I was able to compare Northern European expectations for Italian wine production. I was delighted to receive positive feedback for my organic wines and the interest shown by the professionals in attendance, who stopped to taste them and learn about my company.
The location chosen for this event also created the perfect setting: the Odd Fellow Palæet is a mid-18th-century Rococo villa that currently hosts concerts open to the public.
